CareSocial was founded in 2023 by Jennifer Newitt and Bryan Johnson with a simple mission: to make a genuine difference in the social care sector. Jennifer brought 15 years of recruitment expertise from Hays Healthcare, while Bryan contributed 12 years of hands-on experience as a registered manager in children's and adult services.
We understood from the start that healthcare recruitment isn't about filling vacancies – it's about finding the right people who will provide compassionate, quality care. This philosophy has driven our rapid growth.
In just a short time, we've built partnerships with care providers across the UK, from small independent care homes to large NHS trusts. Our team of specialist recruiters brings deep sector knowledge and genuine care for the people they serve.
